Returns
We want you to love your Sutra Homes bedding. If something is not right, we will
make it right.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your order within 15 days of
receiving it, provided:
- Items are unused and unwashed
- All original packaging is intact and undamaged
- The matching storage pouch is included
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the
customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept
responsibility for parcels lost in transit on their way back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow upto 5 additional
business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a
remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 15 days of
receiving your order at hello@sutrahomes.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or damage
We will assess your claim promptly and offer a replacement, store credit, or full
refund - whichever is most appropriate to your situation.
A Note on Our Packaging
Each Sutra Homes set arrives with a matching storage pouch made from the same
fabric and colourway as your sheets. Please hold onto this, not only for easy storage
but it is required for any return to be accepted.
